Founding Members,

Welcome and thank you for dedicating your time to reading this guys. It’s an honor.

VZN does not begin when the equipment arrives or when the doors officially open.

It begins with you.

Every person invited into this space has already shown me something. Not perfection. Not a finished physique. Not a life without struggle.

You have shown me that you are willing to take ownership. The person you see in the mirror today was built through repetition. You showed up for yourself, then did it again. You trained when you were motivated and when you were not. You made choices, learned from mistakes, adjusted, and kept going. Eventually, that work became visible.

Your body is not the full measure of your value, but it is evidence of it. It is proof that you can decide to become something and participate in creating it.

Be proud of that.
Do not confuse pride in your work with arrogance. There is nothing wrong with allowing people to see what discipline looks like.

We live in a time when neglecting yourself is easy, excuses are everywhere, and taking responsibility can almost make you look unusual.

Good. Let it stand out.

Share your progress. Take pictures in VZN. Post your training. Wear the merch with pride. Not because we need attention, but because somebody watching may need proof that taking care of themselves is still possible.

Your example may give someone else permission to begin.

VZN is invite only because the people inside the room will determine what the room becomes.

That makes every Founder a gatekeeper of the space. Not someone who looks down on others. Someone who protects what is being built. Someone who understands that attitude, effort, respect, and ownership matter more than status or appearance. As you begin to recognize those qualities within yourself, you will become better at recognizing them in other people. You will notice the person who is ready, even if they are still uncertain. The person who is tired of standing still. The person who does not need to have everything figured out, but is willing to take the next step and own it.

Those are the people we help. Those are the people we invite closer. Strength was never meant to separate you from everyone else. It should give you the confidence and capacity to reach back.

This is your space as much as it is mine. Treat it that way. Protect the atmosphere. Respect the equipment. Respect the people. Speak honestly when something can be improved. Bring your best effort into the room without needing to make the room revolve around you. The standard will not live in a rulebook. It will live in the way we carry ourselves.

Future members will learn what VZN is by watching the people who were here first.

You are not here simply because you were invited. You are here because you have something worth building upon—and something worth showing others is possible. Own what you have become. Keep becoming. And when you recognize someone who is ready, help them take the first step.

Ladies and gentlemen… lets get it started.
